Hey all,

Sorry I haven't been able to update this on a daily basis as I would have liked to, but what I'm going to do instead is update my LiveJournal on the Ascension frequencies on a weekly basis. So, I'm going to do a weekly sum up of my experiences with the tones:

• A lot more energy in me, which is important as I've only been getting on average 4 hours worth of sleep per night.
• Third eye/crown chakra has been tingling like crazy.
• Spinning feeling during meditation has been accelerating and becoming more powerful. Feel like i'm spinning faster.
• Huge energy vibrations occur in the lower part of my body. My feet, my legs, and even around my palms.
• I have had the feeling of almost floating out of body. I have such amazing inner peace with these frequencies.

As for other people. I have heard from others that the frequencies improve their abilities to see auras in people. One individual even stated he can now perform holistic healing, and also spent an hour talking telepathically to a plant. Also an ability to help make it easier to contact the spiritual realm.

So far, I have been using the frequencies for 10 days now, and I must say, it has changed me dramatically. I am becoming more positive and way more energetic, and I think some ESP abilities are starting to develop.

On day 3 and 4, I listened to the frequencies twice back to back. Now a lot of people ask me this and wonder if they can do this. You sure can. As long as you don't have any after effects such as a headache or nausea, you certainly can. If you do suffer these, it's best to wait until they're alleviated before listening to it again.

Last night, I had some very interesting experiences after I listened to the frequencies last night. I went to bed, started to drift off and my crown chakra was going crazy. I could feel it tingling and I could also feel sensations of love energy as I drifted off.

Everybody, I'm telling you, these frequencies bring such amazing results! My hats off to Ravi for putting this together. It is changing me on so many different levels.

And what's really incredible is the dreams I've been having since the frequencies: They're all about spiritual evolution, the Galactic Federation and positive outlooks of what Earth looks like after we ascend. It's breathtaking to say the least. I do have problems remembering my dreams, but I can definitely remember brief snips of them. I mostly remember feelings. And I am always in joy when I think what I've dreamed about. They have to do with knowledge, as I've dreamed of alien symbols in the past, I've dreamed of love energy...There's just so much positivity coming out of my dreams recently. I have steered them in this direction. And it's really thanks to the frequencies, I'm just totally coming around a whole lot more than from before. If you haven't tried them out yet, you are missing out on a lot. They are incredible!

Wow, was day two an even bigger rush than Day one. As soon as I popped in my copied CD of the frequencies, it went right to work on my chakras.

It felt way more powerful for me the second time around. I envisioned I was in this large void where the noise of the frequencies were manifested swarms of light clouds swarming amongst me with the frequency sounds coming out of them. While this was happening, i was spinning through my chakras faster than I've ever encountered before. Holosync didn't even bring this much out of my chakras as the Solfeggio frequencies are.

I'm getting more and more blown away by these everytime I use them. I can feel good things happening. I'm way more energetic, considering i didn't get too much sleep last night due to my kids, lol. I'm feeling more positive, more alert and my brain is just starting to process new possibilities for me. Things I can't really explain.

I'm being transformed one day at a time. And I hope this is working for all of you who use it as well.

A lot of people were telling me that I should make this journal site as a way to document my way through the Solfeggio Ascension Frequencies experience.

I listened to the Solfeggio Frequencies twice today. And no, I don't get any after effects whatsoever. No headache, no nausea, nothing. So if you guys by chance don't get those, don't worry about it. Some get them, some don't.

The first time I listened to it, the only way I could compare it in my meditative state was "bliss." I was truly at peace when I first played this. I could feel my brain literally pulse and pound, but with no headache delivered. I could feel it in the base of my neck and up to the top of my forehead as stated. I had the volume up at a reasonable level. But after I completed this first round, I told myself next time I want it cranked all the way up to enhance the experience a step further.

Well, the cranked up volume "does" make a difference. The second time I tried it, about 10 minutes ago, made a huger impact. My chakras were spinning. I felt an experience similar to my holosync experiences. This one though felt more blissful and joyful. I felt weightless in a way. All I can say is that it was an amazing, enlightening experience moreso the second time around. It's a wonderful feeling.

I hope you guys are having a great experience with the Solfeggio frequencies. I posted a small FAQ down at the bottom as I got a couple frequently asked questions from emailers:

Can I listen to the frequencies multiple times per day?
You sure can, but, it's important to know that if you do get the after effects such as headaches or nausea, you should wait until those are fully past before starting the frequencies. Usually good to have a nice long nap or have a good sleep. Because once you play these tones, they really take effect on you once you sleep. Your body gets reconstructed when you are at rest.

Can I use any form of equipment to enhance the experience of the Solfeggio Frequencies?
As long as you do not harm the original quality and equalization of the audio track, it should be okay to do. However, this really isn't necessary. As long as you have the track cranked up to what you can withstand and use stereo headphones, you will definitely feel the effects as these tones are guaranteed to work.
